Concert Notes

As we end October, you are reminded that our concert is on Sunday, November 24. Because of the late date for Thanksgiving, our usual concert scheduling was changed this year. Band members are the best way to publicize the event and signs will be available on Monday to be distributed.

Here some concert detail reminders:· 

• Concert dress is white shirts, black pants or skirts and black shoes and socks.·      

• The “dress” rehearsal will be on November 18 at 7:00PM at St. Paul’s Methodist Church (Cruze and Laurence). We will begin setting up at 6:00. Plan to bring a music stand and possibly a stand light.·      

• Set up for the concert on November 24 will begin at 1:45PM. Warm-up and tuning will be at 2:30. The concert begins at 3:00. Plan to turn in music folders after the concert to be refilled with music for the next season.
