11/23/2025 - Concert at St Pauls UMC

• Set up begins around 1:30 pm. Come early and help if you can.

• Tuning and quick starts begin around 2:00 pm. Be there for sure, instrument assembled and at chair by 1:55 pm. Leave your instrument case(s) along the side or at the back of the sanctuary.

• Concert begins at 3 pm.

  
  

• Sanctuary needs to be restored and percussion equipment returned to basement storage after concert. Please stay after and help if possible. Thanks.

• Please return your music folder to one of the available bins located on the side of the sanctuary.

• Rumor has it that the event will be videoed by Helena Civic TV and be available via their website at some point or via their Spectrum cable channel 189. Will post links once more is known.
