Concert at St Pauls UMC - April 26, 2026

• Set up begins around 1:30 pm. Come early and help if you can.

• Concert dress is our normal black below waist (black shoes, socks, skirts or pants)/white above waist (white shirt or blouse) combination and with the given theme of the concert, the board has agreed to embellishments of patriotic flourish to the extent of scarves, ties, etc.

• Tuning and quick starts begin around 2:00 pm. Be there for sure, instrument assembled and at chair by 1:55 pm. Leave your instrument case(s) along the side or at the back of the sanctuary or with family.

• Concert begins at 3 pm.

• Sanctuary needs to be restored and percussion equipment returned to basement storage after concert. Please stay after and help if possible. Thanks.

• Please return your music folder to one of the available bins located on the side of the sanctuary. Sheet music will be adjusted for the upcoming event on June 27th.
