11/18/2024 - Dress Rehearsal at St Paul's Methodist Church @ 7:00 pm

• Last rehearsal before concert.

• Arrive early and stay late to help set up/take down stage. Will start setting up at 6:00 pm

• Bring a music stand and stand light

CONCERT REMINDERS:

• Our concert is on Sunday, November 24 at 3:00 pm

• Standard concert dress is White shirts, Black pants or skirts and Black shoes and socks but since the concert theme is American Music, an accessory in Red, White and/or Blue can be added (scarf, pin, tie, etc.)

• Setup for concert begins at 1:45 pm

• Warm up and Tuning at 2:30 pm

• Please turn in Music folders after the concert to be refilled with music for Spring

• Rehearsals to resume January 13th, 2025 at Helena High School Band room.
